1. General Conditions

1.1. Ojas & Kaya Botanics is a registered business operating in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

1.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

1.3. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of our Service, product imagery, or "Ojas & Kaya" branding without express written permission.

2. Product Accuracy & "Ojas" Quality

2.1. We strive to display the colors and textures of our botanicals as accurately as possible. However, as these are organic products, natural variations in color, grain, and "vividness" may occur.

2.2. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

2.3. Our products are intended for botanical, laboratory, or culinary use as specified. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product meets their specific application requirements.

3. B2B & Laboratory Compliance (The "Kayo" Standard)

3.1. For business-to-business (B2B) clients, Ojas & Kaya Botanics provides Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA) upon request.

3.2. We guarantee that all imported materials meet Australian DAFF (Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry) biosecurity standards at the time of entry.

3.3. Once a product has been delivered and the seal is broken, Ojas & Kaya Botanics is no longer responsible for contamination occurring within the client’s facility.

4. Ordering & Payment

4.1. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4.2. Payments are processed securely. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Shipping & Biosecurity Handling

5.1. Shipping is currently limited to Australia, unless a specific international export agreement is in place.

5.2. We utilize specialized packaging to maintain the "purity" and "potency" of our botanicals. Ojas & Kaya Botanics is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or additional biosecurity inspections once the product has left our Sydney facility.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

6.1. Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of botanical ingredients, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival or does not match the Technical Data Sheet provided.

6.2. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the seal and packaging.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Ojas & Kaya Botanics does not guarantee that the use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7.2. In no case shall Ojas & Kaya Botanics, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages arising from your use of any of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content, including but not limited to the "Cinematic Botanical" product photography, the "Three Pillars" framework, and the names "Ojas" and "Kayo" in a botanical context, are the intellectual property of Ojas & Kaya Botanics.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
